On November 20, the official opening of the first stage of the club zone of the Reserva Campestre Velamar took place. The event was carried out exclusively with our pioneer clients who trusted us from the beginning and today they have a space for fun and recreation, in addition, it was carried out in this way taking into account the permitted capacity and to maintain all safety measures. biosecurity.

The event was held at the Reserva Campestre facilities, where we had the pleasant presence of our owners who enjoyed a welcome cocktail while the event began. To liven up this important activity we had a musical show by 10 spectacular women who belong to the Red de Tamboreras de Colombia, a group that with their music represents the different rhythms and culture of the Caribbean Region.

Among the greatest attractions of the Velamar Campestre Reserve, the exclusive restaurant that it has stands out, which is located in the viewpoint, the highest part of the project, ideal to be dazzled by the impressive sunsets that the Caribbean Sea offers us. For this reason, the official presentation of chef Heberto Eljach also took place at the event, who with his exquisite dishes and excellent service will be in charge of directing the kitchen of this wonderful restaurant and delighting the palate of all the owners and visitors every weekend. from the restaurant.
Heberto is a Colombian cook, descendant of Lebanese with roots from the Caribbean and Pacific coasts, he has 22 years of experience working with the different cuisines and flavors of the world and investigating the cuisine of the Colombian coasts since his passion is to rescue, reinterpret and create recipes with Colombian 100% products, applying avant-garde techniques, ancestral techniques of Colombian cooking and old-school techniques of French cooking, acquired in 14 years working with the Sofitel chain at the Hotel Santa Clara, in addition to that he has represented cooking Colombian in festivals, fairs and gastronomic congresses as a panelist, she has been a jury member of national and international gastronomic contests and has also cooked for presidents, mayors, ambassadors, the kings of Spain and renowned singers.
